About

Department 24 is a capstone showcase for Columbia College Chicago’s graduating graphic design seniors. The exhibition was held in the Hokin Gallery from May 10 to 24, 2024. Student design work is featured in the Hokin Gallery space, online exhibition, and physical publication during the end-of-year festivities at the Manifest Urban Arts Festival. We experimented with printing techniques by printing our posters in the photography darkroom using the cyanotype process. This gave us our rich, deep blue color and 12 unique variations of our poster set.
